8 If we say we have no sin [refusing to admit that we are sinners], we delude and lead ourselves astray, and the Truth [which the Gospel presents] is not in us [does not dwell in our hearts].
9 If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action].

Isaiah 29:15-17 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
15 Look at them! They try to hide things from the Lord. They think he will not understand. They do their evil things in darkness. They tell themselves: “No one can see us. No one will know who we are.”
16 You turn things upside down. You think the clay is equal to the potter. You think that something that is made can tell the one who made it, “You did not make me!” This is like a pot telling its maker, “You know nothing.”
Acknowledging that God is our maker is the way to go about living a fruitful life.
When we choose to be on our own and do things on our own without seeking our creator, we are likely to fall into temptation and to all sorts of negative things such has disloyalty, hatred, anger, unforgiveness, lack and alike.
God loves us and He wants us to love Him back by us acknowledging and worshiping him.

May we all experience the ultimate LOVE of God which is in Christ our Lord and Saviour in Jesus name.Amen.

Be grateful and always say thank you as a sign that you appreciate God and everyone around you.
Be open-minded and non-judgmental.

Do not love or cherish the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh [craving for sensual gratification] and the lust of the eyes [greedy longings of the mind] and the pride of life [assurance in one’s own resources or in the stability of earthly things]—these do not come from the Father but are from the world [itself].
17 And the world passes away and disappears, and with it the forbidden cravings (the passionate desires, the lust) of it; but he who does the will of God and carries out His purposes in his life abides (remains) forever.
