For by the grace (unmerited favor of God) given to me I warn everyone among you not to estimate and think of himself more highly than he ought [not to have an exaggerated opinion of his own importance], but to rate his ability with sober judgment, each according to the degree of faith apportioned by God to him. Romans 12:3
I was in a conversation with someone dear to me and the sentence “Heaven helps those who help themselves” came up from the other person and quickly, my spirit disagreed with that and said, NO, on the contrary, Heaven helps the helpless and broken hearted.
There had been times when my kids would look like they were struggling with something, like their homework for instance, and if I offered to help, they said, “I will be fine” and I would just leave them, but not too long they will come back saying, “mum can you please help me, and my earthly response was always, “I thought you were fine”. The reaction from children is that they can do it all by themselves until they realise that things did not really look easy as they thought.
Sometimes, we all forget that we are all children of God and think that we can do things on our own. Doing things on your own indicates that you are independent of God and that is pride. Acknowledging God in everything that you do and in every step that you take means that, you agree that you need God’s guidance and support to get through in life. Seeking and acknowledging God always means that you are asking Heaven to help you. It also means that without God you are helpless and cannot do anything on your own but through Christ Jesus, you can do all things.
You have to trust in the Lord with all of your heart, lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge the Almighty God, who created you in all of your ways and He will make your path straight.

Welcome the sixth month of the year with the six steps to step into God's grace.
STEP INTO THE GRACE OF GOD
When you step into God’s grace by faith and obey what God has placed in your heart, God will move ahead of you and on your behalf. God will make the impossible possible, God will also make the immovable move, moving you into a new dimension of His goodness.
God’s grace is sufficient for you and God has also given you the measure of faith to believe it to work in your life. The spirit of God’s grace lives inside of you.
1. Walk in humility
Pride thinks that you can do it yourself but humility cries out to God. Don’t figure out how to do things yourself, don’t use that brilliant idea that you have got, you have to acknowledge God always.
But He gives us more and more grace ([a]power of the Holy Spirit, to meet this evil tendency and all others fully). That is why He says, God sets Himself against the proud and haughty, but gives grace [continually] to the lowly (those who are humble enough to receive it). James 4:6
2. Ask for God's grace
Ask in faith through Christ Jesus and it will surely be given to you.
Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it]. Hebrews 4:16
3. Meditate on the scriptures relating to grace
Turn the scripture into your confession: Insert your name or I where applicable.
For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift. John 1:16
4. Thank worship and praise God for his grace
Thank God that he dwells inside of you and empowers you.
But You are holy, O You Who dwell in [the holy place where] the praises of Israel [are offered]. Psalm 22:3
5. Plug youerself into the power source
Spend more time in God's presence. If you want something, you are going to need to spend time on that thing.
6. Show grace to others
Whatever you sow, you shall reap, if you need grace sow grace, if you need wisdom, sow wisdom, if you need money, sow money, if you need love, sow love. Whatever you need, you have to give it away first.
EverytHing you do in June must be legendary, step into it
