THE GREATER ME

I came across this challenge and decided to challenge myself by sharing it with you all as a challenge to you.

I was sent a challenge to write a letter to the 10, 25, 50, and 65-year-old versions of myself.

As each stage in life was so different, I decided to pen four separate letters. Here’s the second: My letter to 25-year-old me.

Considering that I am in my late 30s, I will be writing a letter to the 25 year old version of myself. So here we go. Get Challenged! Get Inspired!

Dear Titilope,

I’m writing to you from 14 years in the future. You’re now 39-years-old, while you’ve lived mostly happy and content in life, you have also had some terrible moments in life which have thought you a lesson you would never forget.

If someone asked you, I am sure you would say boldly that you have lived your life so far with no regrets. You better thank God for keeping you alive for this long.

I also have this to say to you.

Congratulations on launching your new website My Father’s World Web. I honestly understand that, it is a big change for you, so don’t worry, you will soon workout the secret code to success.

Now, you have successfully written five books with the upcoming launch of your new book titled SHE WRITES

I encourage you to stick to what you do. Remain consistent and persistent with the same energy you used when you first thought of starting your own business.

Work really hard and you will see that, that dream of yours will come true before your own very eyes. I can assure you that you haven’t seen the best of you yet.

Life is indeed full of turns, curves, corners and sometimes you would have to cross roads, take steps or even climb mountains.

At the same time, life is also so sweet, it can be full of roses and beautiful moments. Be the person that you are, an open-minded person.

Your answer to failure has always been NO, so keep that up, God has always turned your trials into your testimonies, so thank God and keep that up too. When people see failure in you, make sure you always see success in yourself.

Remember that failure is almost a stumbling block to success. It is of importance that you continue to aim high. You are a chosen child of God and there is no limitation to what you can do.

‘Entrepreneur’: you took a risk, you stepped out of your comfort zone. From Information Technology, to Nursing, now trying to build your own kingdom at 39, that is pretty cool, it is not how far but how well my dear.

Do not be afraid to take chances, do not be afraid to use all of the talents that God has blessed you with. As people say, you will never know which one will succeed.

You can say that, all that you lay your hands on will succeed as God promised you. So ride on my dear. Begin to celebrate.

Let God guide your path. Keep all the doors that God has shut before you shut, enter gracefully into the doors that God has opened for you, you deserve it.

Hold on to the people that God has chosen for you, your new found love, a real gentleman and of course, all your children as well as all the lovely people around you.

As promised by God, My Father’s World Web will take you places. Ride on girl. Be the voice of your generation.

I am Titilope, lately, I have been calling myself Queen T. Yes, you may call me a Queen. How do you see yourself and what do you call yourself?

I am here to feed your soul just the way I feed mine.

To be spiritually fit is to be holistically prosperous.

       Isaiah 43:2

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned or scorched, nor will the flame kindle upon you.
