ABORTION

"I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations."

Jeremiah 1:5

The English Oxford Living dictionary defined an abortion as a deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, usually performed during the first 28 weeks. It was also defined as the ejection of a fetus (an unborn human more than eight weeks after conception) from the uterus (womb) by natural cause before it is able to survive on its own independently.

While the world is busy concentrating on only a part of abortion which is important. It is also vital for us to understand that everyone created by God or intended for creation by God like unborn babies have got a destiny to fulfill in life.

The full meaning of abortion is the termination of the plan of God for every human whether born or unborn by means of individual attacks such as domestic violence, sexual or any form of abuse, laws or legislations like the legal termination of an unborn child, discrimination or racism which stops or prevents an individual from reaching his or her full potential in life, laws and legislation that separates a family, preventing a child from fulfilling her or his destiny.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11

All of these manmade laws and actions by individuals, communities or a nation as a whole changes or disrupts the initial plan of God and once carried out has come against God. Anyone, community or nation that wants the peace of God to reign in his or her life or in a nation must align his thoughts, actions, policy making and agendas with that of God. In the world we live in today, we often hear “ It is my life” or “ it is my body” well let me inform you that, you are not your own, you are God’s creation to live for God’s purpose.

If you are your own, why can't you independently determine and control the journey of your life, It is because God has control over it and people if you allow them will also have control over your life aborting the initial plan that God has got for your life.

Will you allow the beautiful plan of God get aborted or will you step into your destiny?

No one, no community, and no nation can abort your destiny if you align your thoughts with the thoughts of God. Are you worried about connections for jobs, promotion, friends? I say to you today, do not worry, you just need to align your thoughts with the thoughts of God and step into your destiny and relax and watch how God will begin to move and shift things before you and on your behalf. Align your thoughts with the thoughts of God and the right connections, job promotions and friends will come to align with you and with the plan that God has for you and the people around you.

You might not have thought about it or seen it coming. You might not even feel ready, but get ready anyways, Destiny is calling you to rise up like an eagle. God is calling you to step into your destiny. Will you answer to God’s call?

Simon Peter and his brother Andrew were people like you and me who made up their mind to follow jesus, they were fishermen but Jesus called them to be fishers of men.

As He was walking by the Sea of Galilee, He noticed two brothers, Simon who is called Peter and Andrew his brother, throwing a dragnet into the sea, for they were fishermen. And He said to them, Come [a]after Me [as disciples—letting Me be your Guide], follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men! Matthew 4:18-19

Here is something amazing and so powerful about this scripture and stepping into your destiny. God's plan for your life which is “His call” is always greater than your amazing plans.

Peter and Andrew had to make a choice. They had a choice to either stay in what they knew, what they were familiar with or with what they had been comfortable with or they had a choice to exercise faith and stepp into their destiny.

God's call is not the problem. He has already issued His invitation and:

Called you to experience abundant life

Called you to make a difference in the world

Called you to health and wholeness

Are you ready to step into your calling and your destiny?

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who [a]infuses inner strength into me; I am [b]self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency]. Philippians 4:13

And if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us?

And if our God is with us, then what could stand against ?
