AS FINE AS GOLD

[You should] be exceedingly glad on this account, though now for a little while you may be distressed by trials and suffer temptations, So that [the genuineness] of your faith may be tested, [your faith] which is infinitely more precious than the perishable gold which is tested and purified by fire. [This proving of your faith is intended] to redound to [your] praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) is revealed. 1 Peter 1:6-7.

Have you been through fire to be on fire for God? Don’t worry, be happy for you shall be brought forth just as Gold

Do you not know that you have been marked as gold from the very beginning. God has not been asleep while you were being trialed, in fact your trial is to test your faith and at the same time to equip you for the work of God. There is a reason why you have gone through that long process of brokenness, healing and purification. It is to prepare you for something as precious as gold which is to come and will be made manifested before your very own eyes.

When gold is passed through fire it shines, it becomes pure and refined and so shall you be when God begins to show off His glory through you. So don’t be downcast, just rejoice. Do you not see how gold is found? You are so blessed if you just find gold by the sea shore, gold is usually found in dirt and through hard work and our trials are there to refine us just as the finest gold, so embrace that heat that gold passes through. Remember that God said that you will walk through fire and you will not be burned. God means every word that He says, so believe every word of God. His words are living, active and sharper than any two-edged sword.

Give God everything and go for God’s gold. Do not doubt God, chew on his words and have them embedded in your soul as food for survival. The world has nothing to offer you, only God is authentic and only Him is the real deal.

Allow Him to make the moves and the shift on your behalf.

For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the [a]breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing andjudging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12

While God is refining you, continue doing your best and doing what God has placed in your heart. Do not just believe, faith without works is dead. Remember that God said that whatever you lay your hands on shall be successful and wherever you chose to place your feet shall be yours. Believing this and not doing anything or moving will not allow that word to do His work. Do not allow the word of God to return to Him void, make it useful in your life for the purpose and for that which it was sent.

Every place upon which the sole of your foot shall tread, that have I given to you, as I promised Moses. Joshua 1:3

Allow God to guide your every step and every move and allow your small beginnings to grow into maturity, give it time. God understamnds that anything that has to stay needs some time to grow and to develop.

And he shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or wither; and everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity]. Psalm 1.3
