AUGUST DANCE

Dance your way from the month of August into the rest of the year 2017 like David did.

And David danced before the Lord with all his might, clad in a linen ephod [a priest’s upper garment]. 2 Samuel 6:14.

When the Spirit of the Lord is upon you, dance like David danced and if you can do better than David, go for it.

We have stepped into the month of August with exceedingly great sounds of joy. In August we will step into a new realm of God's authority as we deepen our relationship with Christ Jesus. We will begin to see the Lord do new things through us.

God is giving lands to His children in this season, He is establishing His sons and His daughters in the land that they will possess and they are beginning to occupy them from now.

And I have declared that I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite, to a land flowing with milk and honey. Exodus 3:17

The month of July certainly was a month in which the children of God discovered and explored the character of God. And as we have entered into another month, the month of August, we have also entered into the new land filled with milk and honey, where treasures can be dug in the land that God has promised to give to His children.

This discovery and exploration will happen in waves and it will give the children of God the chance to know who God is and some of His characters till all things are transformed as He wishes. This is why we really cannot understand or try to figure out what God is doing. We just have to go with the flow of the Holy Spirit as it makes sense gradually.

The children of God are being enlarged in this season. This transformation will awaken the children of God to the awe and wonder of the Lord God Almighty.

As the children of God began to put their trust not in men but in God, they began to hope again, dream again, build again with access to heavenly resources that they have never had access to in the past seasons. It is this trust that has helped the children of God to identify with and to align with the promise of God.

It is also this trust in the Lord that has allowed the children of God to step into the land that the Father has promised them. Do you want to possess the land in which our Father has promised us? You will have to access it through Christ Jesus and the trust that you will have in Him.

From now through September is the time of occupying and settling into the new land and transitioning into it. it will also be the time to begin exercising God's authority to have dominion over the land that you have been blessed with. God has given you every power to do so, so do so in His strength.

Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; spare not; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. Isaiah 54:2

As we begin to understand the character of God, we also begin to expand and stretch our capability and character. The Lord will prepare us in such a way that we will be ready for acceleration, growth, and development in our new land. The Lord will teach us how to cultivate the land to bear fruits in its due season, and mind you the process may not be easy but the Lord is saying to His children today to never give up.

Lean on God to do this for you, you cannot do it on your own, God will release and pour onto you fresh anointing, measures and understanding of His joy so that even during the expansion and stretching, you will be full of joy and be delighted in the doings of the Lord.

This cultivation will involve how to increase and multiply and how to bear fruit and reproduce. God says everything you touch and bless in His name will increase and bear good fruits. You and the people around you will prove this yourself because all things dead will begin to spring up again with life in them and others will want to know how this transformation occurred.

This season will be evident by the fiery joy of the Lord exploding in the children of God as they respond to and yield to God's voice and His leading. Remember that the enemy's plan is always to steal and to ruin and as he dispatches foxes to attempt to ruin God's vineyard, the Able and Faithful Lord will reveal the places where these enemy foxes are hidden.

Hear the trumpet for there is a new sound of rejoicing that will shatter and thwart the deceitful plans and schemes of the enemy. This sound of joy will be the sound of victory that goes ahead as you begin to see the transformation of the land take place, from a land that is barren and desolate to a land of fruitful bounty.

Fix your eyes fully on the Lord Jesus, for He shall sustain you. The wind of God's Spirit is blowing and His radiant face is shining upon His children. The Lord has anointed us with His oil of joy and set the river of life right next to us.
